Catherine Mary Corvan was the first child born to newly weds Anthony Corvan and his wife Mary Healy. On Wednesday, March 26, 1845, at 5:45 P.M, Catherine was born at 16 Adam's Row, St. Pancras.Unfortunately she lived only nine months, passing away on Thursday, December 25, 1845, at 4 o'clock on Christmas morning. Her cause of death was given as 'dentition', or teething, which was a commonly given cause of death for children in the 1800s.
